Welcome!
The New Hampshire Governor’s Commission on Addiction, Treatment, and Prevention’s goal is to improve addiction services across the state. We are asking for feedback from all NH residents: people with experience with addiction and their family members, community members, service providers, and other partners to help guide NH’s new plan to address addiction. Please take 5-7 minutes to share your thoughts. Your answers will help us see where services are working, where help is hard to find, and how state funding should be used to best help our communities.
How Your Input Will Be Used
This survey asks for your thoughts on addiction-related programs and services, challenges to getting help, and groups that you feel may be left out. What you share will directly guide future funding and state plans, making sure they focus on what NH residents actually need right now.
Your Privacy Matters
This survey is completely anonymous. We do not ask for your name or contact information. Your answers will never be linked to you and will be combined with all of the other answers we receive. Please feel free to share your honest thoughts.
