The Purple Feet Foundation is asking you to take this survey so we can understand how the Thinc program affects students over time, especially your ideas and expectations about your own future, and so we can make our programs better.

Taking this survey is your choice. You don't have to answer any question you don't want to, and you can stop at any time. Nothing at camp or in any Purple Feet program will change based on whether you take the survey or how you answer.

There are no right or wrong answers. We just want to know what you really think. We connect your answers from year to year using an ID code so we can see how students grow, but we report results as overall trends, not by name.
