Welcome to the statewide survey that will inform selection of the best High School and Beyond Plan (HSBP) platform for Washington! The HSBP is a graduation requirement for all Washington students that begins in 7th grade. Our state's K-12 education agency (OSPI) is working with partners across the state to select a new, online platform that will be used by all middle and high school students, and we need your input to make it work for you.
This survey was created to collect feedback on what Washington students, families, K-12 staff and educational partners want included in the new platform. The more responses we receive, the better informed we will be to select a platform that matches all needs and interests. Please take this survey ONLY ONCE, using the role that has the strongest connection to the HSBP platform.

Your responses will remain anonymous. Survey data will be primarily used by an internal OSPI team to inform final selection of the platform. If survey data is shared publicly to support understanding of what the state prioritizes in the platform, any individual who responded will not be identifiable in this data.
