Who would be an Ideal Participant?
We are looking for AOA members, five to ten years in practice, who show leadership interest or potential.
It is our goal to have a diverse leadership class that accurately represents the demographics of our rising generation of optometrists.
About the Program
Our program will provide valuable lessons they can apply to your personal and professional development.
Application Review Process
The AOA Leadership Development Committee will review all applications received and select members for the Leadership Institute class of 2027.
