Thank you for taking the time to participate in the 2026 State of the Nonprofit Workplace Survey.

Your input will help create a clearer and more accurate understanding of compensation, workforce trends, employee experience, and organizational practices across the nonprofit sector in Southern California. Findings from this survey will directly inform the 2026 State of the Nonprofit Workplace Report, produced by the Center for Nonprofit Management (CNM) in partnership with Envision Consulting.

Depending on how you are completing the survey, the estimated completion time is approximately 25 minutes for individual respondents and 35 minutes for organizational representatives.

Your privacy and confidentiality are protected throughout this process. Names, email addresses, and personal identifiers will not be included in reporting, and individual responses or organizations will not be publicly identified. All findings will be reported only in aggregated groups, and all information provided will be handled securely and confidentially.

To help ensure data quality, respondents may be contacted by email if certain responses appear incomplete, inconsistent, or submitted in error.
