The Transformative Development Initiative (TDI) partners with communities to strengthen downtowns and commercial neighborhoods in Massachusetts Gateway Cities. We will be working in Cambodia Town, Lowell from August 2026 through July 2029. Your participation in this survey will help us understand how people perceive the neighborhood, what is important to them, and what resources will help achieve these priorities. We will conduct the survey again in three years to track progress.
