Your community board is gathering input for the current Statement of Community District Needs and Budget Requests (CD Needs). By completing this survey, your thoughts and perspectives on your district's biggest needs and priorities will be shared with your community board.
In this survey, you'll be asked to select your Top 3 Pressing Issues for your district, as well as your Most Important Issue in 7 different policy areas.
