Program Overview
Thank you for your interest in applying for the 2023 Voices that Inspire program, designed to support young women who are making a positive impact in their countries. With the support of P&G, we aim to increase the opportunities, networks and resources of young women to unleash their leadership potential. Rising Voices and P&G are sparking a global movement that empowers young women, creates sustainable change, and transforms the meaning of leadership.
All participants chosen will participate in a 10-week virtual program from late June until early September, complete with a mentoring component.
Subsequently, participant alumnae will be invited (but not required) to attend a national level gathering in the capital cities of their countries. At these networking events, alumnae will have the chance to meet P&G executives, Vital Voices staff and network women, and other Voices that Inspire program alumnae.
Program Details
The virtual program will be synchronous, which means participants should plan to attend the sessions live and recordings will only be made available to participants with exceptional circumstances. When applying to this program, participants should plan to be available from 6:30pm-8:30pm (local time in Washington DC) on the following dates: June 26, July 10, July 17, July 24, August 7, August 14, August 21, August 28, September 11 and September 18. Participants will also meet during those weeks with their mentoring groups at a time determined by the group.
Application Information
In this application, you will have the opportunity to share information about your work and background that demonstrates your suitability for the program. You will also have the opportunity to upload your CV/resume and a short video addressing your interest in the fellowship.
