Submission Site for Proposed Pharmacy Webinars

Scheduling is based on a first come, first served basis (upon acceptance of your submission). Suggested submission time blocks:
  • For Fall 2023 presentations (to be held in Oct - Dec): Submit your proposal during June - September 2023
  • For Spring 2024 presentations (to be held in Jan - June): Submit your proposal during November - December 2023

Thank you for your interest in providing continuing education for HealthTrust members. After review of your proposal, you will be contacted with a decision on your submission within 10 business days.

If your proposal is accepted, you must agree to the following timeline once a date is set for your live webinar:
  • Date Set for Webinar
  • 45 days prior – Approve HealthTrust flyer for promotion
  • 3 weeks prior – Submit slide deck for HealthTrust and CE provider review
  • 2 weeks prior – Submit final deck with any changes requested by HealthTrust or CE provider
  • 1 week prior – Participate in 45-minute tech run through with webinar provider to review technology and flow of program
  • 1 week prior – Email HealthTrust Member Education the rehearsed timing of your presentation (your presentation time should be 48-50 minutes)

The following items are required at the time of submission:
  • Completed online form (Note: you can stop and save your submission at any time and return later to complete)
  • Updated CV or resume
  • Headshot photo
  • Completed & signed CE provider disclosure form
  • Preceptor CV or resume and disclosure (for all resident submissions, this must be provided annually)
  • Preceptor attestation: If you are a resident, you will be asked to attest that your preceptor has reviewed your materials prior to submission and that he/she will attend your presentation.

Program length and format: All programs are 60 minutes in length. Plan to create a minimum of 35 to 40 slides in PowerPoint to deliver in a 50-minute timeframe. The first 2-3 minutes of the session are used by the event host for speaker introduction(s) and instructions on obtaining CE credit. The last 5-10 minutes of the session are reserved for audience Q&A.

All programs are offered from 12PM – 1PM (Central). Presenters are asked to join 30 minutes prior to the start of the live session for a final tech check.
