Purposes
1. The production of the promotional materials for OUP
2. The internal and external promotion of OUP, which may include publishing the videos, images or a portion of them on websites, social media platforms including but not limited to OUP’s website and OUP’s social media channels.
利用目的
1. OUP商品の販促材を製作する目的。
2. OUPのプロモーション活動に使用する（社内外問わず）目的。なお、動画・画像のウェブサイトへの掲載（一部を使用する場合も含む）、ソーシャル・メディアへの掲載（OUPウェブサイトおよびOUPのソーシャル・メディアそれ以外のものを含む）することを含みます。
OUP’s Obligations
OUP will process all personal data transferred to it under this agreement in accordance with applicable data protection legislation or equivalent applicable legislation. OUP will not sell your personal data to third parties and will not use your personal data to send marketing communications to you.
OUPの義務
OUPは、本同意フォームに基づき転送されたすべての個人情報を、適用される個人情報保護法またはそれに関連する適用法令に従って処理します。OUPは、個人情報を第三者に販売したり、個人情報を使用してその方にマーケティング情報を送信したりすることはありません。

I give permission for the video(s) and Image(s) featuring the above-named person being entered into the above-named competition and to be used by Oxford University Press in related promotional materials.
I understand that the video(s) and image(s) may be retouched, altered, worked up, or cropped and used in conjunction with other videos, photographs, drawings, or other forms of illustration. I understand that the videos may be posted online and therefore my image will be publicly available.
