Monroe County is working with Magellan Advisors to perform a Broadband Feasibility Study. As a part of this effort, we need to collect information concerning broadband internet access availability in Monroe County.

Because a speed test will be performed during the survey, we ask the following:

Please complete the survey with your laptop/computer directly plugged into your home or business network router. Use Wi-Fi if this is your only option.
If your smart phone is your only option, please make sure to be connected to Wi-Fi and not cellular.
If possible, please take survey during peak internet use periods in the evening, between 6pm and 9pm.
