It's time to update and revise Lead With Moxie for men and women leaders in a post-pandemic world.

This short questionnaire was the basis of the Lead With Moxie project interviews. In 2015 I set out to build a profile of a successful woman leader to gain insights into what skills and behaviors it takes individually to accelerate momentum in business. After more than 100 interviews and a few years, 15 themes for skills and behaviors (below) were identified as the most desired for success in business, and the book was published in November 2019. Since roughly 55% of my clientele has been men since 2006, I'm expanding this project to be relevant to more leaders across the world!  ~Heather Legge
