PCQC Quality in Health Equity Conversations – Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in the Palliative Care Quality Collaborative’s Quality in Equity (QiE) Conversations. As we embark on this new activity for  PCQC, we want to understand what you, our members and community, are seeking to gain and learn from QiE Conversations and what topics around health equity interest you. By taking this brief questionnaire, you will help shape these conversations.
