Emerging Leaders Mentee Intake

The Emerging Leaders Mentorship program is an opportunity open to all members of Interfaith America’s Emerging Leaders Network, whether you are new to this field or are a seasoned leader in this work.

If you are not a member of the Emerging Leaders Network, you can learn more about the program and apply to join by visiting our website.

This program exists to equip interfaith leaders with the networks and relationships they need to thrive as leaders and field builders. Through intentional, one-on-one conversations, mentors and mentees each grow as they learn from one another, share ideas, and imagine together what it might look like to unlock the potential of America’s religious diversity.

Program Overview:

  • Any member of the network is eligible to be a mentee, and there is no cost for the program.
  • A mentor/mentee pair can meet as many times as they want, but should meet a minimum of 3 times.
  • Mentees should come to meetings prepared with topics to discuss or questions they’d like to as
  • Most meetings are conducted virtually, but we may be able to pair you with a local Mentor for in person meetings, depending on Mentor availability. (If meeting in-person is important to you, please mention so below).
Please Note: Because we receive more mentee applications than we have mentors available, not all mentee applicants will be paired. Instead, those applicants who best match with our mentors will be selected for the program.
