The eligibility requirements for this application include:
- Has had staff or a team of staff trained on school-wide positive behavioral interventions and supports (SW-PBIS)
- Has three years of trend data on fidelity and have demonstrated fidelity of implementation of SW-PBIS as measured by the Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI), Benchmarks of Quality (BoQ) or School-wide Evaluation Tool (SET) with the most recent measurement within the last 12 months.
- Overall TFI score of 70 points or above
- Overall BoQ score of 70 points or above
- Overall SET score of 80 points or above
